Phil started BerTech because he kept seeing the same problem: businesses stuck with technology that didn't actually serve them — expensive, disconnected, and impossible to explain to a board. After 12+ years building software across industries, he set out to do it differently — honest engineering, built around how businesses actually work.
He leads client relationships, strategic direction, and all Fractional CTO engagements at BerTech. Outside of work, Phil is a husband and father of two — rooted in the Richmond, VA community he calls home.
